Refund Policy

Since legal and compliance services involve professional time, document preparation, consultation, government filings, and administrative work, refunds are limited.

Refunds may be considered if: • Payment was made twice for the same order. • We are unable to initiate the requested service due to reasons solely attributable to Legal24by7. • The service cannot be provided despite receipt of complete documents.

Refunds will generally not be available if: • Government filing has been initiated. • Government fees have been paid. • Consultation has been completed. • Drafts or documents have been prepared. • Delay is caused by the client. • Incorrect information or documents are provided. • The application is rejected by a government authority for reasons beyond our control. • The client changes their mind after work has commenced.

Government fees, taxes, stamp duty, and statutory payments are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method, subject to banking timelines.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before work begins. Once documentation, drafting, or filing has commenced, cancellation may not be possible.
