Legal24by7's Incubation Centre Partner Programme is designed for Atal Incubation Centres, university incubators, DPIIT-recognised incubators, and private accelerator programmes. As a partner, your incubatees get priority access to incorporation, IP protection, GST, FSSAI, startup recognition and over 50 other compliance services at discounted rates. You earn a revenue share on every service your cohort uses.
Who Can Join
Atal Incubation Centres (AICs), university and college incubators, NASSCOM BPM incubation hubs, private accelerators, SIDBI Startup Mitra partners, DPIIT-recognised incubators, and innovation hubs run by corporates or governments.

Revenue Model & Commissions
Earn 10–25% commission on every service your incubatees consume. High-volume incubation centres qualify for Gold tier (20–25%) automatically. Payouts processed monthly to your registered bank account with full transparency via the Partner Dashboard.
Commission is calculated on the net order value (excluding taxes). Standard rate is 10% for new partners, scaling to 20% at Silver and 25% at Gold tier based on monthly referral volume.
Eligibility
Registered entity (trust, society, company or LLP) operating a bona fide incubation programme with at least 5 active startups. Valid PAN and GST registration required.

Is there a minimum cohort size to apply?
We require at least 5 active startups in your incubation programme to qualify, but there is no minimum transaction volume.
What documents are needed to apply?
Certificate of incorporation/registration, PAN card, GST certificate, and a brief profile of your incubation programme.
